Safety use & Maintance Guide

Instructions :
1. The machine must be in good condition, free of vibrations.
2. The flanges used to secure the blade must be of the same diameter (at least 1/3 of the blade's diameter) and must be parallel to each other.
3. The spindle must be perfectly straight with an h7 standard tolerance.
4. Before installing the blade, the flange, spindle and blade must be cleaned. After continuous use, remove and clean the blade again.
5. Before cutting process, make sure the blade is correctly locked and complies with the machine’s requirement.
6. The blade must be resharpened as soon as it becomes dull. When the carbide tips thickness is less than 0.5mm, do not re-sharpen or reuse it.
7. The maximum re-boring size must not exceed 20mm based on the original bore size; exceeding this value will cause abnormal work and affect overall performance.
